IT’S MY PARTY! It is your event, you call all the shots; your personal Event Consultant is only there to capture the details, advise, illuminate, ensure you save time and money on everything you need, and then project manage it to completion. We always start with setting the date and setting the budget.

PLAY, PAMPER, OR PARTY? Whether it's a Christmas, cocktail or birthday party, film premiere, wedding, bar mitzvah, seminar, conference, team building or product launch – or none of the above - your Event Consultant will bring the best out of your imagination and creatively advise you on how to turn your ideas into reality.

YOU SET THE LIMITS. WE SET THE SCENE We have relationships with over 1,000 luxury brands from prestigious hotels and starred restaurants to über cool private clubs, so the world really is your oyster. All of our venues offer exclusive corporate rates, privileges and value added discounts unavailable to anyone else but our members.

THE BEST BIT Next on the checklist is probably the most fun part: food and drink. Selecting the appropriate cuisine and beverages might seem straightforward, but this is one thing you have to get right: everyone will remember what was served.

A PEOPLE THING Successful events are always inclusive: every guest’s expectations and needs are met and exceeded. Celebrity entertainers and photographers, masters of ceremonies, after dinner speakers, sommeliers, VIP security, five star mixologsits, renowned DJs, ice sculptures, chocolate fountains, invitations, brochures, goody bags, transfers and accommodation: anything you need to give your guests an occasion to truly remember can be arranged.

FINISHING TOUCHES Everything has been planned to run like clockwork. Nothing could possibly go wrong, could it? The answer is ‘No!’ We don’t leave anything to chance. Your Event Consultant is with you from start to finish, which means that if you want them there on the night to make sure nothing that could possibly go wrong does go wrong, not a problem. We are very proud of every event we organise, and we want you to be just as proud that you chose us to organise it for you.

Every partnership is different, and we have no one way of working with our clients. Every relationship, however, has to be based on mutual understanding and respect for the contribution each party makes to the partnership. We typically charge between 15%–25% of the total cost of the event.
